If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. The car must be returned in the same condition as delivered — no additional wear, damage, or modifications. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund is applicable if: (a) the car was materially misrepresented in the listing; (b) a major undisclosed defect is discovered within 7 days; or (c) you change your mind within the 7-day return window. Refunds are not applicable after 7 days from delivery except for undisclosed defects covered under warranty.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: registration and RTO fees paid on your behalf, insurance premiums, accessory fitments or modifications requested by you, and logistics/delivery charges in cases where no fault is attributable to Autowert.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, contact our support team at support@autowertindia.com or call +91 98765 00000 within the 7-day window. Include your order number, the reason for return, and photos or videos of the car's current condition. A representative will contact you within one business day to arrange vehicle inspection and collection.
5. Service Fee Refunds
Fees paid for inspection bookings, RC transfer services, or warranty plan activations are refundable only if the service has not yet commenced. Once the service is in progress, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
6. Loan and Finance
If your purchase was financed through a bank or NBFC partner, the refund process will involve coordinating with the lender. Processing timelines may be extended. Pre-closure charges levied by the lender are not borne by Autowert.
7. Cancellations Before Delivery
You may cancel your order at no charge at any time before the car is dispatched for delivery. If cancellation is requested after dispatch, a logistics fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
8. Disputes
In the unlikely event of a dispute, we commit to a fair resolution process. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to our grievance officer at grievance@autowertindia.com. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
