Any price discussed before an inspection is indicative; a final offer is made only after the car and its documents have been checked. Please confirm every detail that matters to you before you commit.

Prices shown are indicative until confirmed in writing. Payment, delivery and handover terms for a transaction are set out in the agreement or invoice for that transaction. Finance is subject to approval by the lending partner.

Where a car is inspected, the report describes its condition on the date of inspection. Any warranty or extended cover is described in writing at the time of sale and applies only on those written terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Autowert is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Autowert or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts where our registered office is located have jurisdiction over any dispute.
